The purpose of this blog is help foster this discussion in a friendly and professional manner, providing a venue for all of us to share and learn together. All comments are subject to review by the administrators of the site. We aren’t moderating them prior to posting, but if they fall outside our guidelines, then we will address each one individually.

The Internet tends to allow us to be anonymous, but that doesn’t necessarily foster great conversation, so let’s use our real names. Any comments without identifying yourself will be removed.
